Enrico Monte’s myriad of services allow clients a range of options to satisfy their design needs.

Design and Décor

The Design and Décor service manages a project from start to end. Post consultation our team will begin working on your project delivering two design options. Once your preferred design scheme is selected we will go to work organizing contractors, furniture delivery, and décor procurement. Bringing the finished vision together on an install date.

Home Staging

Our Home Staging service is just what the design doctor ordered to spruce up any home. This service allows spaces to feel more complete, helping home owners sell their homes faster and at a higher price. We offer two types of Staging.

Full Stage: Bringing all furniture and décor into an empty space to make appear pleasant and live in.

Semi Stage: Adding additional pieces to make the room feel complete.

Long Distance Design

The Long Distance Design service allows our team to create beautiful rooms for clients that live outside the Washington Metro area. After performing a video consultation, clients just need to provided the measurements of their space and our team will curate amazing size appropriate pieces to be sent to you home. Providing a floor plan and map outlining where to place each item. Finally a post consultation with our team allows for a final virtual walk through ensuring everything is in its proper place.

Floor Plan (Layout) Design

Have an unfinish basement or space and don’t know how to properly plan the layout. No problem. Using our Floor Plan Design service our team will meet with you and figure out the needs for space. After the initial planning our team will provide a layout plan that can be used by contractor outline the size of each room and where fixtures (such as lighting, cabinetry, sinks, etc.) should be located.
